Robert Guy Goodman was born March 11, 1938 in Johnson City, TN, the son of Charles Franklin Goodman and his wife Alberta Mae Wilson. He graduated from Science Hill high School, class of 1956. Robert married Carolyn Ann White on June 5th, 1959 in Johnson City. They had twin sons who were born prematurely and died in April 1960. Their daughter Brenda Carolyn Goodman was born in 1963 and died on January 25th, 2022. Robert died in Asheville, North Carolina on August 6th, 1997.
